Default Good nutrition for women?

I have a lot of questions about what's good for men's health versus what is good for women's health. My husband and I would like to lose weight and be healthier. Maybe start some sort of nutrition program, but we aren't sure where to start or what would be best.

I have found a few sources that say one thing is good for women, but not for men. Anyone here know anything about that?

Default Good Nutrition

I tried a program called Isagenix that not only helped me lose weight (I had that stubborn weight that would not come off no matter what) but it also has wonderful nutritional supplements targeted specifically for either men or women. It worked so great for both me & my husband that we both have decided to become independent distributors. It has helped us with our health & we have both lost weight & have kept if off! We have so much energy now and feel incredible. I will be happy to send you more info and/or I'm sure there are independent distributors in your local area. Best of luck & congratulations on your committment to change your health!

Blessings,
Rose

Default Nutrition

Personally, I've found it hard to eat well all the time. So when I was having digestion problems I decided to add a nutritional supplement that has helped me in more ways than one. I'm very grateful that today I feel better than I did when I was in my 30's. I now have energy, my digestion problems have diminshed and my hot flashes are gone! It was hard for me to believe that something could help me that much! My husband was very skeptical. But because it helped me so much he gave it a try and he is no longer taking cortisone shots for his arthritis, he has gotten off of his advair for asthma and his cholesterol has come down with out drugs! It is truely amazed us_ what the body can do once it is fed the right mix of nutrients. This nutritional supplement works because it has 35 years of research behind it_it feeds the cells what they need in a proper balance every day. The result? Your body has the right fuel to take care of itself. We love it and will never stop taking it and we love helping others fell better. Let me know if you want to know more about it. Whatever you do, please do take care, blessings, Beverly from Ohio
