Love isn't about finding the perfect person, but learning to see an imperfect person perfectly <3
In my youth I had trouble sleeping turned out part of the problem was too much tea. You can have too much of a good thing.

thats true, i used to drink 15-20 cups a day, but now after 4pm i drink de-caf or herbal tea, this is so i sleep better, and i only drink about 8 cups a day. the withdrawals were horrible though!
you drink more than me. anyway we have to control our self when we do such as these thing. sometimes i drink tea after luanch and i can get sleep and i agree that tea make you not sleep early but for me i came from my work late and tired so if i drunk hundred cups of tea i will sleep normal hours.
I like tea, but I don't drink it everyday. When I do drink it I drink green tea, peppermint tea. I like ceylon tea too.
I like to mix it up. ALternate green and black tea in the mornings, herbal tea in the evening so I don't keep myself from sleeping.

I like to alternate drinking coffee with weeks where I drink black tea, especially Irish Breakfast tea (Twinings) during the day, but rarely more than 3 cups a day. I love peppermint tea because it helps my stomach and other green and white teas are great for calming me down and helping me relax or rest.
The only negative effects that come to mind are the effects of having too much caffine. Other than that, drinking tea is very healthy. Depending on the blend, the EGCG content is really good and promotes better digestion and weight control. Another benefit of drinking tea is the anti-oxident content which repairs and prevents damage to cells due to oxidation.
I usually drink green tea. They say it is more healthy because it contains more anti-oxidants compared to the black one. My favorite is Lipton Green Tea with Mint infusion. It tastes great and it is refreshing to drink.
