From my user name you can conclude that I am dinking much of tea and this is what I am doing now. I like drink tea and without tea I can not read or work.
I make this thread to know is dinking tea is harmful?
How many cups of tea you dink every day?
What type of tea you prefer?

I only drink tea every few months. I drink South African Rooibos tea. That's my favourite

In my youth I had trouble sleeping turned out part of the problem was too much tea. You can have too much of a good thing.

I like tea, but I don't drink it everyday. When I do drink it I drink green tea, peppermint tea. I like ceylon tea too.

I like to mix it up. ALternate green and black tea in the mornings, herbal tea in the evening so I don't keep myself from sleeping.

I like to alternate drinking coffee with weeks where I drink black tea, especially Irish Breakfast tea (Twinings) during the day, but rarely more than 3 cups a day. I love peppermint tea because it helps my stomach and other green and white teas are great for calming me down and helping me relax or rest.

The only negative effects that come to mind are the effects of having too much caffine. Other than that, drinking tea is very healthy. Depending on the blend, the EGCG content is really good and promotes better digestion and weight control. Another benefit of drinking tea is the anti-oxident content which repairs and prevents damage to cells due to oxidation.

I usually drink green tea. They say it is more healthy because it contains more anti-oxidants compared to the black one. My favorite is Lipton Green Tea with Mint infusion. It tastes great and it is refreshing to drink.
