Red face Healthy Diet???

Okay, So I am 20 yrs old, and im trying to make that transition from eating like a little kid to eating healthy foods. I work a lot of hours and weekends are crazy. I do a normal full time job M-F and get my 3 meals a day. I started changing my breakfast from donuts to frosted mini-wheats, but im not sure if its any better for me. And for lunch i eat PB & J along with chips, cookies, or wheat thins. Dinner for M-Thurs is almost always a home cooked meal. But on friday nights im lucky if i have time to grab some donuts between my full time and part time job! And then saturdays i eat pizza, donuts, etc. AKA JUNK!! same for sundays... I'm always tired and i think its because i eat all sugary foods!! i am a very picky eater too, which doesnt help!! Does anyone have any advise as to what's healthy and whats not..I just dont wanna be 40yrs old and have clogged arteries!!!

I am a vegan.
Been one for longer than you've been alive.
I'm pretty healthy (knock wood) and that's
because I don't poison myself with junk.

What I do is use a micro to cook everything,
and use no salt or sugar...(I don't have any in
the house)
I make a bunch of meals when I have a chance...
and since everything cooks in minutes, even
twenty minutes is long enough to prepare, cook,
and clean up.

I make a vege patties, freeze them..(about a dozen
at a time...
have other such meals pre made and partially cooked,
so that when I get in I can choose...
hmmm
vege lasagne?
vege burger?
curried potatoes and peas?
Tofu stickies?
Stuffed Green Peppers...
etc.

I then pop the choice in the micro for a minute/two minutes/three
minutes and change my clothes, or bathe...letting the food rest
in the micro, then come out and eat.

I eat muesli and soy milk for breakfast...
(muesli is an English blend of wheat, oats, etc and
nuts and dried fruit)

Rarely eat lunch.
When I do...salads...

In this way I avoid fat, oil, and whatever else in in the
outside food.
