I come back from my work in the evening and too much tired. I have my dinner around 9:00pm and after 30 minutes I go to sleep. No exercise before and after dinner.
What about you, do you like to do exercise after dinner?
What do you like to eat in the dinner?

I work out from 7-9pm usually. It's not ideal, but it's the schedule of our gym. I usually eat a light dinner after.

If you're hungry, maybe you could eat a snack. Perhaps a half a PB sandwhich or some nuts and banana..something like that a couple hours before you get home? Then you might have the energy to workout and just eat a lighter meal??

If I don't get the chance to run in the morning, I run an hour before or an hour after dinner. Either way, I only eat a small meal which helps since I am trying to stop overeating.

After work we worjout and then eat dinner about an hour ;ater. For me ot always has to be before dinner otherwise I get a blah feeling if I excercise after dinner (even if I wait over an hour) The hardest part of working out is getting a routine started, but you feel so much better afterwards it becomes worth it

i try to do my workouts early morning before work, because after work i will be too tired and usually i eat as i get home thus i would not have enough time to work out!
i need to try and do workouts more often though as sometimes i don't wake up early enough to do them

My fiance and I go bike riding about an hour after we eat dinner. It really helps me with some of my health issues like heartburn and stuff since it helps burn off some of the stuff I just ate. I do get a tad hungry after riding though but it's maybe an hour after we get back. Then I'll grab something like a banana or even a piece of whole grain bread or something like that and i'm usually okay. I'm a person who stays up fairly late so I do my best not to eat at night.
