I have IBS and I find lately even with barely any stress Im still having bad symptoms from it. No matter what i eat how much i eat or when i eat it i always get nauseas crampy gassy or acid reflux after i eat it. Ive tried the IBS digestive advantage pills and they didnt work very well for me. Im not a big fan on mixed vitamins or supplements, i like things individual but if theres something out there all natural its worth trying
Are there any juices or teas that would aid digestion or help Ibs?
    What about vitamins and herbs?
If you have any more tips on diet or food or anything else to help IBS then please tell me
Also when I drive (and im new to it) i get carsick even if im he one in the drivers seat. It messes up my concentration and i find myself drifting off the road. Anytips for motion sickness? or will this be cured once the IBS is under control? thanks for your help!

Do you take enzymes when you eat? Those may help.

They make pressure point bracelets for motion sickness that had really helped me.

Yes, digestive enzymes might help, but you might want to call in the help of a doctor or professional naturopath or whatever to determine your actual needs.

Are there any specific foods that you're not responding well to?

Have you ever checked for food allergies and/or intolerances?

Ginger can quell the queasiness. It's most effective if you use fresh ginger root and make your own but there are a lot of products you can buy (like ginger snap cookies). You can grate the root and make cookies, ginger bread or a tea, even add a slice or two of root to your water bottle.

Papaya enzyme is good to assist digestion, you can get that in tablets at the health food store. Have you considered the possibility of any specific food sensitivities? Gluten or dairy come to mind as possibities.

    Default IBS

I also have IBS and I understand your frustration... I have discovered that my IBS got worse with Emotional stress and I have now developed some food allergies where I have never had this problem ever before.
I cannot digest whole wheat, corn, rye, oats, barley, or even some beans properly.. it makes me sick.
I even became lactose intolerant.. and with that I have to eat in moderation.
Its getting better though, as I slowly start to reintroduce it back into my diet..but I have to be careful. I would recommend a good multivitamin so you are not at risk for malabsorption from your diet.
Also a good b complex would help in digestion, I find chamomille tea works wonders.
    GOod luck.

I had my colon removed in 1990 for ulcerative colitis in a surgery called the J-pouch in which an internal pouch was created from my small intestine so I would not have to wear a permanent outside bag, but since then I have been unable to absorb vitamins and minerals properly but I found something new recently online called Live The Source which is made with all natural nanotechnology. That breaks down the particles so that the body absorbs 90% plus. It also tastes good and comes in a convenient 30 ounce bottle which is a 30 day supply. It was originally made for people who have digestive diseases or surgery but anyone can take it and benefit from it. It is a Multi-Vitamin Mineral and Herbal Supplement.
