Have a look in the recipe section of this Forum, there are plenty.

V8 Juice, Tomato Juice is good for you and does make you feel like eating less but, greens with some garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of soya sauce is wicked.

Any tomato sauce with cut fresh herbs, wicked.

White sauce you can get in packets, no calories, over white vegetables.

A couple of teaspoons of parmesan over vegetables is still okay.

Mushrooms with garlic, a couple drops of seseme seed oil, and a teaspoon of parmesan cheese...

    Try those

V-8, even the reduced salt version, has an extremely high amount of salt in it. Many people who hate the taste of veggies are addicted to processed and refined foods. Often, the microorganisms that live in your intestinal tract have become highly specialized in digesting simple carbohydrates and create cravings for such foods. Including fresh vegetables, which often taste better than cooked vegetables, is a good place to start. Even if you have a few carrot sticks or slice a cucumber or eat some raw green beans - you'll be changing your biochemistry, increasing your nutrient intake, and improving your taste for vegetables. Try topping them with a dash of mixed spices to support the flavor.
