    I have found a diet that has worked for me! I have lost 5lbs in a week but it may very for others. My personal trainer gave it to me I don't know what it's called but what it is, is four lists breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and there are two columns where you choose one food from one side and another food from the other column for example: breakfast 4 egg whites and an apple, Lunch tuna and black beans, Snack 1 cup of yogurt and unlimited carrots or celery, dinner fresh fish and a TON of veggies! NO CARBS after 4pm and only water to drink for a few weeks. I wish I had a scanner so i could just scan the diet on here! if u have any questions don't hesitate and ask me
