We're big on breakfast at my house but not complicated about it. My typical breakfast is a bowl of cheerios with an organic banana sliced on top. Mid morning, schedule depending, I might have tea and fruit, cake, some sort of toasted bread (I never have white bread). If breakfast is delayed for something like a Sunday brunch with the kids, I might make veggie omlets, pancakes, waffles, french toast, scrambled eggs, or homemade wholegrain cinnamon rolls.

My breakfast is usually a cup of coffee and my medicine. I am not big on muffins, cereal, or oatmeal but I definitely go out of my way to make a good pile of cut up fruit if it is in the fridge. Nothing better than a cup of coffee with some strawberries, cherries, raspberries, honeydoo, cantelope, and grapes. So good.

Can't imagine NOT eating breakfast. I make my own granola and yogurt (soy only) or oatmeal with soy milk. I have access to great fresh fruits so usually have some of that with the cereal. My husband can't have much wheat so we never have toast but don't miss it anymore, it's been 2 years. For a special treat I do still indulge in Eggs Bene or pancakes, but that's only a 3-4 times a year.
