Breakfast is very important to me. I eat a bowl of special k in the mornings before I start getting ready. Then once I get to work, I have a piece of fruit and some PB and crackers.
Due to hypoglycemia, I couldn't skip breakfast even if I wanted to, but truth is once you get in a habit of eating it, you look forward to it and it truly makes a difference in your day.
