    Hi everyone,
    Would you like to join me and talk something about our break fast ? Glad to your join and just feel free to let your fingers dance on the keyboard and exchange your opinion of the breakfast.
    Breakfast is the first meal of the day and nutritional experts have referred to breakfast as the most important meals of the day. But there exists a large numbers of people in the west who skip their breakfast , to adverse effect on their concentration ,metabolism and weight. What is your idea about this phenomenon? And how do u treat your breakfast?

    Breakfast is very important to me. I eat a bowl of special k in the mornings before I start getting ready. Then once I get to work, I have a piece of fruit and some PB and crackers.

    Due to hypoglycemia, I couldn't skip breakfast even if I wanted to, but truth is once you get in a habit of eating it, you look forward to it and it truly makes a difference in your day.

    Normally a bacon sandwich, or a bowl of cereal, or if Im working hard outside, for whatever reason, a nice greasy fry up!

    Usually, oatmeal and fruit, or cereal with fruit and yogurt or skim milk, or whole wheat toast with cottage cheese.

    I eat breakfast every morning.
    Even though it may not be the most healthy breakfast I eat the same thing every weekday.
    A toaster Scrambler with cheese, eggs & bacon and a Starbucks frappuchino, the kind in a glass bottle. So that break fast consists of 400 calories.
    On the weekends I cook breakfast for me and my BF.
    We have an egg and cheese omelette, turkey bacon, hashbrowns, toast and juice.

    Turkey Bacon! Sounds like some sort of mish mash of MRM

    Activia yogurt with fruit or a bowl of oatmeal. Two or so hours later, I have a fiber bar or some turkey slices.

    Turkey bacon, in Australia is the version of bacon, looks like bacon, but basically has very little fat But then again, take the fat off bacon and your okay.

    I eat wholemeal toast, usually a boiled egg with it, sometimes oats with sultanas and banana.

    Pancakes, with lemon and sugar can be a great change...

    Hmm sounds very healthy, but beans, toast, fried bread, bacon, sausage,, black pudding, mushrooms with brown sauce, ketchup and a mug of coffee is more inviting I must say

    If you want to get fat I do have bacon and eggs, mushrooms with feta, tomatoes with cheese, once in a while, but I call that "brunch" and so no lunch for me.....
