Make sure you've eaten a healthy meal and you're full before showing up for work. Pack a health snack and drink plenty of water.
But 99% of it is going to boil down to will power. If you want to lose weight before the wedding and eating work food is making you gain weight, then you simply can't eat the food.

However, as SP says, it comes down to WILL POWER. You don't want to gain weight.....so don't. Simple as that.
