It's hard to get Vitamin D, a supplement is really the only way to make sure you're getting enough. What is your diet like right now? What's a typical day of eating and exercise for you? That would help us give you some advice.
I agree with Sourpuss, the only sure way to boost you vit D would be to take a supplement. However, you really should be tested first as an overdose can make you feel worse than you do already. About half the population in the UK are Vitimin D defiecient, and dont even know it! I can safely say our weather contributes to that. Your best bet would be a visit to the doctors for a blood test.
If you still are needing energy, try FRS Healthy Energy. They have a bunch of different types of supplements. The best are the chews. They come in a variety of flavors, and taste like starburst. Have a couple of those before a workout, and you should feel good to go!
These are healthy and dont raise the heart rate at all.
If you're opposed to taking anything like this, try vitamin B12.
Hope this helps!

Oh there are lots of different reasons you could be low in energy! You should definitely check in with your doctor to get some blood work done. You could be anemic? Or defiecient somewhere. Or could you not be eating enough to support your busy lifestyle? Hope you feel better!! =) Get lots of rest!
