Alright my schedule has made my eating habits well there really is no habit.... unless my middle of the night fridge extravaganza! i will start with the morning of my day.
    Work week
6:30 am Breakfast: cereal and coffee
    9-4 gaiter aid
    possible snacks 4
    7 lunch...dinner....
Wake up in the middle of the night with horrible sweet craving!
    Weekends
    Eat....eat.....eat!
My day does not allow time to eat, so i think my body goes into panic mode, nights have been hard restless, i am really sleepy, my work schedule is about to go back to a slightly more reasonable work week and im worried about my eating habits and if they will change or what it could do to my body.
I'm gaining a bit of wait and bloating a lot. my head hurts, back hurts and now i think im getting painful gas pressure. my mood is iffy snappy and when I'm not working I"m sloth like. Can all this be from my work and eating habits? Will i go back to a normal diet when this is over? i cant eat the house out everyday im in it! but the cravings for everything are ridiculous, im on a carb hunt!

Plan meals and snacks ahead of time. Lots of fruits and veggies and if you want something salty try a handful of smoked almonds or something. Throw an apple and a couple of granola bars in your bag for when you get hungry at work so you don't go hours and hours and end up raiding the fridge.
Planning ahead is really key. Also, drink a lot of water.

On the weekends you're going to have to plan a bit too and use a lot of will power. Stuffing yourself two days a week is only going to make you feel hungry during the week because your stomach stretches when you stuff yourself.

Thank you for the reply, i do try to plan ahead. i bring steamer feggies, and banana slices. Its just that it almost becomes impossible to get more then 5 mins away from the water. and in the 5 mins im running to the bathroom, and setting up for the next class.
Do you think that when i go back to a normal work schedule and get my eating controlled my body will stop holding on to this slow metabolism. and go back to my normal health?

Probably, but you are going to still have to plan healthy meal ahead, exercise, and avoid overeating and unhealthy eating.

may I ask what you do for work that you can't get away? I know you said you can't get more than 5 minutes away from the water... are you a lifeguard or teach swim lessons? I ask because you could pack a cooler and keep the food within reaching distance of you.

As sp said, for you the trick to your success is to PLAN-PLAN-PLAN! Pack single servings of healthy foods to munch on in the day. Slice up some fresh veggies and fruits, put them in snack bags and get some low sodium string cheese sticks or low fat yogurt (for protein) and pack this in a portable cooler to keep it cool and fresh for you to eat throughout the day. That way you've got access to the healthy foods your body needs throughout the day and your binging/cravings in the evenings will go away. Trust me, you will feel so much better if you give your body the nourishment it needs throughout the day (no blood sugar spikes, your metabolism will even out, your bloating will subside and the cravings will dissappear)

Thank you very much! for the helpful replies!
I love the idea of single servings of veggies and fruit. I have tried to plan it out but i guess i skipped the connivance part of slicing them into quick bites. And yes i instruct swim lessons and the summers are crazy. With lessons and the amount of time i am in the water, then private lessons and following up with work. i feel like a robot, i guess sometimes it is easier to pretend i am and forget about food till im home.
    Thanks so much!
