Balanced diet of healthy, clean foods and plenty of exercise. Do both cardio and strength exercises for the whole body.

Over the past four days I've been recording what I eat and most times it ranges from 1400-1500 calories a day. I admit that that isn't the real number; the past four days I've been watching what I eat and what I do eat probably goes a little below 2000. But what I've noticed is that I can get frightfully hungry. I try to eat slow so I can get full quicker but it always seems like temptation is hovering over my shoulder. I'm about 106.7 lbs., standing at 5', and I want to get rid of all my flab (meaning my lack of muscle in my arms and legs and especially my thighs). Is there a specific diet I can follow while doing exercises concentrated on those particular body parts?

I don't do a lot of cardio because I'm at work allll the time but I do basic stretches, sit ups every other day, squats, isometrics on my arms... The thing is I have such a hard time sticking to it because I get home and I'm tired and I don't wanna be all sweaty. I really need more motivation.
Well, honestly, those are just excuses. You're going to have to get sweaty. Just shower after.
Can you jog or bike to and from work? When you get home, before you do ANYTHING, hop into your workout clothes and go for a 20 minute jog, come back and do your sit ups and stretches. Then jump in the shower and enjoy your evening. Changing, jogging, showering, etc...the whole routine would take about an hour and it would do you a world of good. It will actually give you energy after work believe it or not. There are days when I'm dead tired and don't want to move off the couch but as soon as I drag myself to a workout, I have a ton of energy.
But, if you're not willing to muster the will power to MAKE yourself do it, there's nothing that anyone can do or say. You're just going to have to get sweaty, plain and simple. Running will be great for your legs and it will tone you up all over by getting rid of the flab. You have to want to do it though, or it will never happen.
I'm going to agree with SP. You *have* to get sweaty. Yes, it stinks...but figure out when you can do it. Maybe working out in the morning so you can shower before work or whatever else you have going on that day. Also definitely incorporate some weights too to help with the toning, but the actual fat can be more efficiently reduced by cardio.
Do you have any friends that already workout or that might be willing to workout with you? I have been working out about 2-3 days a week by myself but I also work out another 2 days a week with a friend. Knowing we are both depending on each other to be there really helps motivate me when I otherwise might want to sleep in!
