Ya i know when you have a fast metabolism its hard. Ya Ill gain a few pounds and then a few days or even sometimes a day later gone... im just going to pick up on more weight training! muscle is the only way we wil gain weight!

When you're trying to put on healthy mass, you have to be just as strict with your diet, if not more so than someone who is trying to lose weight. You can't skip meals, you have to count calories and protein, you have to make sure you're getting tons of greens, fruits and whole grains. It's tough, but you can't just be sedentary or eat junk.
