Cranberry is on a distinguished road
Smile Oatmeal

Hello Everyone,
I am new to the forum and I had a general question about Oatmeal.
I love oatmeal...I could almost consider myself an oatmeal fanatic....when other people want to snack on cookies or chips or whatever...I just love to munch on dry oats.
Now my question is...is that in any way harmfull? Is it bad to eat 1 cup of dry oats when snacking in the evening?
I hope you guys are not weirded out by this...haha....
Thx, Cranberry

I don't see anything wrong with that. I prefer to eat something a little bit more on the high protein side of things myself. Oats aren't bad for you and you could do a lot worse. Is it a craving?

Eating raw oats is not bad at all. Infact you get alot more of the nutrients from eating it raw rather than when its cooked.

While searching on the net of eating raw oats that is it bad?...I haven't found anything that says it is not good to eat raw oats...So maybe it is not that bad to eat it at all.
