Honestly, they aren't worth the calories. You'd be better off buying a big bag of rice and a bag of bean. Much, much better for you and cheaper in the long run.
Can ramen noodles every be healthy? I know they aren't the greatest thing in the world, but my fiance and I are trying to save money and ramen noodles are soooo cheap! Is there any way to make them in a healthy way?

Nah, high carbs, high calories, high sodium = not good. I'll admit I get a craving for them now and then, but my ramen noodle weakness is for raw ones. I like to crunch them up raw and munch on them. lol. But its been years since I succombed to my Ramen urges. lol
They are cheap, but there are other things that are just as cheap if not cheaper like Sourpuss said. Beans are a great options, you can buy a bag of dried beans and cook them in a crock pot all day with little to no effort.

"The next time you're thinking of kicking someone when they're down, offer them your hand and help them back up instead."
When i do eat ramen noodles i often throw in a handful of mixed veggies or whatever veggies i can find. I DO NOT use that sodium-filled pack of flavor that they provide. Use your own spices.
