as far as i know the trunk and leaf are pretty much the same. there's goodness in both, nothing bad in either of them.
with the egg, thats such an old wives tale dont worry, eat the whole egg. cholesterol is only a problem if you over cook the egg or cook the egg in a lot of oil. if you're boiling the egg that would be the best option. enjoy the full egg! i wasted so many yolks back in my day for nothing. enjoy the whole egg my friend, its not dangerous![]()
