I know it sounds crazy, but there is some great evidence out there that a diet based on evolutionary food groups (nothing processed, basically, and lots of lean meats, veggies, healthy fats) can really, really help. It's like taking a nutrition-based supplement. This is commonly referred to as a "Paleo" diet, but in short it's just a diet that eliminates foods that irritate the gut lining and are closely linked to autoimmune diseases like Rheumatoid arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, and even simple joint pain.
There are testimonials on Dr. Loren Cordain's website
Don't worry about your fiber intake on a Paleo-oriented plan. Fiber from lots of vegetables is just as healthful as any other source, and packs the added benefit of tons of other nutrients and antioxidants. I was once an extreme carboholic, now all my carbs come from sweet potatoes, multicolored veggies and berries!

Obviously I don't know what you're eating now - you may eat the perfect diet - if so, that's great! Setting that foundation, no matter what you suffer from, ensures that any extra meds you have to take work as well as they possibly could. Good luck!

missbutterfly answered it really great! I second the motion. Just an additional. If you';ve looking for a specific supplement for arthritis. I think High Potency Joint Aid is the one you've looking for. As what indicated in their product overview in shopping sites like Amazon and Ebay, It is 100% natural supplement solutions for improving one's joint health and staving off arthritis. I know it's really too late to answer but for the benefits of the other people who've looking for a supplement like what you've asking for..
