Didn't notice the diuretic effect. Perhaps it's the increase in water in your diet?

Its been a few days since i last posted and all is still going well with the cleanse . Two more days and it wil be a month for me . I think i can pretty much say that my BM's have pretty much returned to a normal apperance , with one exception . There will be a like a mucousy dark blob here and there in the mix . Sometimes quite a bit , other times , none at all . The foulness is starting to ease up , thankfully, haaaa , good grief ! I dont get gas any more like i used to when i first started either , which is good .
i I think i would have to say that i do feel better than i did before i started this cleanse . More clear in the head too .

i'm happy to report, that i got my husks and BSM and have gulped down the first batch this morning. Definatly a different drink. Nothing to report yet except i've had more gas....and more smell gas so far. A friend is doing also, and he said he already had bigger bowels. (he started this morning, too). I'm affraid of not drinking enough water. BD, how much water did you drink?

Bryan - glad to hear things are going well!!!

shiz - You want to make sure you're mixing the husks and bsm with at least 8 ounces of water. Then be sure you're drinking water between meals. Basically, whatever you were doing before, make sure you're increasing it. I try to make sure I have water available at all times and even if I'm not thirsty, just sip on it. I don't think there's a magic number, just make sure you're drinking alot of water.

I did a 3 two dose days, and noticed some rather "large loads" escaping. It was all i could to get the mixture down. I felt like a wimp about it, so i tried the husks w/out the BSM, and am able to get it down easier. I'm hoping to continue full steam ahead.

Lol! It did take some getting used to. But once I got used to it, I honestly didn't dread it at all. Be patient with yourself.

I did a bowel cleansing myself about six months ago after quitting smoking cigarettes. I hope it works out for you. What I used was a regimen of overall eating healthier, drinking more water while cutting out most other liquids, exercising more, and using two vitamin supplements- Noni Ultimate and Clarifiber from edit company details - advertising. Noni Ultimate enhances cellular health, strengthens your immune system, increases energy, and helps you maintain an ideal weight. Clarifiber helps maintain healthy bowel movements and helps you get rid of the icky stuff in order to start your cleanse. This worked great for me hope it helps and good luck! : ) -Natalie G.

Just thought I'd let you all know that I tried this today. Very nauseating, the molasses just... yeah. lol Does it get better? I couldn't get through 8oz, probably only got about 4 before I just couldn't do it anymore. Will try again in the morning.

I take Manasul, is very good colon cleanser, remove toxins, and shrink fat, enhances digestive functions and stimulates colon activity for one of several natural remedies for constipation and is just a natural tea that I can drink when I want. I recommend it for everyone.
