I m someone overintelligent. I write articles about environment protection.
People very smart and knowlegable, who like to help the humans, told me many things about the
    Helth. Then i write arctlcles.

We know for a long time, We must eat helthy.
Our health will be good, if we eat healthy.

But what kind of food is healthy?.
May be the humans make a huge mistake for a long time?.

Humans eat often white flour. Bread, pancakes, pizzas and so on.
It's one of our major food.
We rely on it. We trust white flour.

White flour is made of dry seeds. Vitamins have gone for a long time.
Their is no fresh elements in it. No vitamines.

Only fresh fruits and fresh vegetables have fresh elements. They carry many vitamines.

Then you see, it's a major health issue. We feed the entire planet with something very low in vitamies.
Undernutrition. The whole population is undernutrition.
Rice, the whole Asia eat rice every day. The same, rice is a dry seed also. No fresh elements in it. No vitamines. Many people go to the hospital to early, partly because of that.

This is just a casual observation picked up from people actually doing statistical research. If you would like to make a pro-environmental article on flour, seeds, or lack of essential nutrients you may want to focus on refined flours and certain starches along with certain genetically engineered grains and rice that have been made to counteract the lack of nutrients that have been commonly observed. Start with checking in with what nutritionists say are the essential qualities in foods that people should be consuming, what levels certain carbohydrates should be at, how to choose the right foods the right way and so on. Also reading the big books on biochemistry help, though they can get boring at times.
There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.

Also, if you want anyone to take you seriously, don't start with saying you are 'overntelligent'.

Without grains and starchy root crops like potatoes as staples, most of the population on the face of the earth would not be able to survive and would never have survived childhood if they were born in the first place.

However, there are populations of humans that traditionally have never had fruits or vegetables or starchy staples to any great amount, such as the Inuit. I read about one western who lived amongst the Inuit for 20 years and did a number of experiments on his diet. He tried a complete protein diet and found that he started to get deficiency diseases. He later tried an animal fat only diet (seal and whale blubber) and found he survived on it quite well. The obvious conclusion was that animal fat alone, without proteins and starches will allow a person to survive and more.

Since I have traveled to Thailand and other countries in Southeast Asia for 22 years and have probably been there for around 2 years total, I feel somewhat qualified to comment on the local diet. Rice is the staple of almost all meals, in one form or another. In fact, Thai, Cambodian (Khmer) and Lao use a phrase that literally means eat rice as the term for eating. It is accompanied by vegetables, meat and/or fish along with condiments. If people have enough money or can raise the food themselves in sufficient quantity, there is no problem in getting proper nutrition. Everything, including the vegetables and fruits are much fresher than in western countries. Just like in the west, people can get sick when the water used to wash the food is not properly hygienic.

Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston A. Price is an incredible resource. Dr. Price evaluated traditional diets across the world, as well as the affect of "modern" foods on the health and vitality of these societies. It's fascinating to see how these vastly different cultures survived with perfect dental and systemic health despite having no "modern" medical interventions. Some ate solely animal products (blood, meat and dairy), some sprouted grains with cheese and very little meats. The common thread is their decline immediately upon their introduction to modern staples like sugar and flour.
