Hmmm......well, are you eating mostly raw veggies? Some veggies are more easily digestible than others. The bloating is gas. Have you tried anything like gas x just to see if that relieves some of it? The bloating shouldn't last long term, it's usually just a result in change in diet. There are some fibers, sugars and starches that the body doesn't digest so the undigested food passes into the large intestine, where the food breaks down producing hydrogen CO2 and methane (in some people).
Broccoli contains raffinose which is considered a sugar that causes gas. Cabbage, brussel sprouts, broccoli, etc. These things are very good for you, but if your body isn't used to digesting them, they will cause gas. Some examples of more easily digestible veggies are: potatoes, apples, asparagus, chinese cabbage, zucchini, cucumber, garlic, pumpkin, beets, turnips, celery, spinach, tomato, fennal, leeks, carrots and sweet potatoes.
When you're eating a harder to digest veggie, try to pair it with a more easily digestible one. And also try gas-x.![]()
