I believe wingmark is asking what is the components of a good fitness program, what are the key ingredients that you will benefit from, are they gaining muscle, eating well, watching your weight, having good endurance but missed the fifth one, unless that was "having a goal"![]()
Do we not realise that in order to find a soul
It doesn't happen over night
if truth were to be told.
Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
