    Not everyone knows how to pose a question properly

    I believe wingmark is asking what is the components of a good fitness program, what are the key ingredients that you will benefit from, are they gaining muscle, eating well, watching your weight, having good endurance but missed the fifth one, unless that was "having a goal"
