    Default Vegan Bread?

I'm clueless as to what would make a bread vegan. What are some vegan breads I could find in an average grocery store or trader joes? Cheeses too!

    TASTE is very important

Ezekiel brand breads are vegan, and delicious. You can find it at trader joes, whole foods and in the organic grocery fridge at most mainstream stores. For vegan cheese, there is soy cheese, almond cheese, etc... some are good and tasty some are not so much lol. You just have to try different ones and see which works for you... depending on your personal taste.

Kirkland Multigrain is vegan. The Kroger Organic is also.
Of course NO dairy based product is vegan but there are some vegan 'cheeses', usually available from a health food store. We like Daiya and Almond cheese, both of which melt well. The soy cheese tastes OK but doesn't melt very well.
Our fav vegan ice cream is SoyDelicious. It has a good mouth feel and some great flavors, its available in most grocerys

I assume that vegan means no animal products of any kind ? So a vegan bread would be animal product free? (no dairy).

I am far from vegan, virtually red meat free among other things, but far from vegan, so I am guessing.

To ALL of my vegan friends experienced and inexperienced, I hope you are monitoring your vitamin and mineral intake. As many vegans lack essential nutrients in their diets.

Are all breads not suitable for vegans? What's in bread that makes it non-vegan?

Vegans do not consume any animal products. No dairy, no eggs, no honey, that can mean additives that you don't even think of such are gelatin, lactose, and others. Many breads do contain these.
