Hey Lana what multivitamin do you take? Women's One a Day (or whatever it's called) should have all of the things you listed already in it.

WC I like that suggestion as well, might have to give that a go!

Yeah, my multivitamin has all of those other vitamins in it, but due to some other things, I need more of those vitamins too. I have blood work done every 8 weeks to monitor all of my levels, so my Dr keeps an eye on them. My last blood panel, surprisingly I was low in calcium which is a first for me, so I had to up that a couple of months ago. I go in tomorrow for another draw, so we'll see where I am now.

Life's Fortune! I swear by it, seriously. It's all natural food based nutrients without chemically processed and created vitamin residues (yuck!). It's the only thing that's kept my nutrient levels where they need to be without causing constipation, headache, caffeine buzz, upset stomach, or anxiety. I love it ^_^

I do have to question some vitamina that claim their multi vitamins are all from natural sources. While the colorings and coatings can be made all natural, the vitamins and minerals would not all be. Majority of them are synthetic. If they actually were natural the cost to make the vitamins would be incredible and the processing involved would be very complex and and "anti-green".

Nothing you buy is actually "natural", the word "natural" is what sells the product though so if something has it on the label people are going to believe it is some greater product that is not like the other regular pharmaceutical-like products simply because the word natural implies that it is a better source. If it is in a pill it has been in a lab, it has been processed, it has been filled with fillers dyes and other compounds....and that is not natural. If a person wants actually natural they need to find a way to consume the vitamin or mineral from it's natural location. That could mean for example sitting outside in the sun for vit D, eating some specific herb leaf or root and so on but that can get very dangerous because eating random plants can land a person in the hospital.

    One a day multivitamin, multimineral.

Yep I agree with Mezzers about natural ingredients and researching them. I only take b12, and i take it in patch form rather than tablets, because pills tend to have caking agents in etc which aren't so good for you. Patches can be (edit site ) is probably the best site I found as they have some good reviews and research. since i started b12 patches i feel a lot more alert/

I take a multivitamin 2-3x per day, along with calcium and joint support supplement. I really noticed an increase in energy when I started taking them routinely. I like the multivites that are designed to be taken more than one time/day, so that I'm not urinating out the excess water soluble vitamins as much (smaller doses more frequently=better uptake).

I take B-12, Ginseng, D-3, and Triple Omega. I actually feel more awake and centered. My hair and nails are actually getting longer and stronger.
