Debra, I bake a lot and almost all of it is vegan. Other than things like meringues or angel food cake, I haven't found much that I can't bake vegan. I make a flax seed subsititute for egg that works in most recipes, I use olive oil rather than any shortening or butter, sometimes I throw in a little brown sugar to enhance flavor instead of butter. Few people can tell the difference between my vegan baked goods and non vegan - except they often prefer the vegan. LOL

    Hi everyone!

Since July last year I'm a vegetarian, although I don't consider myself one in the ethical sense. I just had a veggie dish once and I had such a energetic feeling afterwards that I wanted to eat this way forever

Though lately, when I want to do my yoga practise, I start sweating and feel like I'm going to faint. Do you know what this is and what I can do about it?
