    If, at least, your diet will be 50% raw fruits, nuts and veggies, you'd see the difference in 2-3 weeks. Only real vitamins help. REAL. Period.

    All the persons usually know about the Vitamins A ,B and D.But let me tell you that make a diet in which you may also get the Omega 3 and Omega 6 because these vitamins are too essential for the body.

    Sorry? Are you saying Omega 3 and 6 are just as important as vitamins?

    I think food is the best thing to gain all of those, green vegetables, fish, a little sun, red fruits, some nuts a small amount , but Protein is important as well.
