    Hi to all,
I am in my early 20s and ever since my childhood I was considered as a weak child compared to average ones.I used to sleep in the evening after school even during my high school days. Now thats over.
There was another problem related to my mens(I never had regular mens since age 14 until last few months and I can say I used not to have mens until I took pills for that consulting my doc.I should mention my mens started at a normal age of 10 and it was very regular till 14)

Now my problem is I go for swimming in the morning, work in an office for 7hrs and have to walk 1 km daily. My tiredness has decreased a lot but is still there.I have to take 3 to 4 cups of tea to keep my drowsiness away.Sometimes I see hands trembling and sometimes I am panting after walking a distance.Though this is not something new to me, my hand trembles when I am too tensed and have felt panting before too.

I think I sleep enough(7hrs is minimum).I want to know if there is something I am lacking in my diet or should I take more diet.Like I go for proper diet and I am a non-vegetarian.I want to enjoy much more but I don't always have strength for so.

Hi Dvlina, I moved your thread from the Sex forum to the Nutrition forum as it seemed to be a much better fit here.

Have you been to a doctor to discuss what you're experiencing?

Do you take vitamins? Vitamin C, B complex, E, D, are very important, along with Magnesium, Zinc and Calcium.

It sounds like you are pretty physically active. What is your weight like in comparison to your height?

    Describe your typical daily diet.

Thanks for your concern. Here are the answers to your quest.

I have not consulted any doc for this and not taking any extra nutrient or supplement such as vitamins ,Ca or Mg and others.

My weight(fluctuates between 51 and 52 kg) is quite proportionate to my height(5'2").

I eat very regularly like good amount of carbohydrates,1 or 2 vegetables and 1 non-veg item(fish, egg or chicken) during breakfast (as I don't get much time for lunch) and dinner. I take anything from bakery or sandwich during lunch and cookies or snacks during evening time.Apart from this pulses, milk and 3to 4 cups of black tea are must in my daily diet.
Fruits remain missing and its quite rare in my diet.

I think you should go to a doctor, it could be as simple as a deficiency in some vitamin. I wouldn't recommend just guessing, and going to the store and buying some vitamins... You need to pin-point what it is first.

You could also be allergic to something in your food and not know it. For example an acquaintance of mine is allergic to gluten (which exists in breads and many other products). Every time she ingested gluten, she would feel very drowsy. This continued for years - she was very tired and didn't know why. Finally she went to a doctor and found the root of the problem.

Do see a doc, you don't want to go through life sleepy my dear.

I agree with Mes. Get your blood checked for vitamin deficiencies, and also get your hormone levels check. It's best to rule out the obvious first.
