I have tried it several times, but usually I just "soak" my feet in it. Bentonite is used to draw out toxins, especially heavy metals. I always feel better afterwards. It is very messy though. I use a plastic pan big enough to put both of my feet in it comfortably. I mix the bentonite powder with warm water untill I have enough mud to cover my feet to my ankles. I then get a chair an put it by my shower and soak my feet for 45 min. - 1 hr. After that I scrape off as much of the mud as I can easily and get in the shower to rinse off the rest. While it is inconvienent to do, it is a cheap fix for tired feet. I have heard of people covering most of their skin with it to do a thurough cleanse, but that's too much of a mess for me.
