But, you can boil them my dear and take one with you with a piece of bread with butter, and squash the thing in there and eat it when you get hungryOff course, you have to take the Shell off first lols
Not to sure about the raw eggs. Put cooked yes! I find my biggest problem is actually getting up and making something. I always struggle in the mornings and am never one to be able to eat straight after waking. I find breakfast sits heavy but if I don't eat I don't get food until lunch time in which my stomach is going crazy by then. So I am in a little bit of a dilemma haha

haha good idea. I can then stink out the train with egg/fart smell!! That would make my morning haha
I'm really like this too Shell.. So most days I will grab a yogurt out of the fridge and some fruit. It will help you tons to get a decent breakfast if you plan ahead when you're grocery shopping and get some "grab-and-go" easy food. You don't have to think about it when you wake up in the AM, you just reach in the fridge, grab whatever, and head out the door.
Most of the shadows of this life are caused by our standing in our own sunshine.

Man, I have to skip the butter then, that be two and eat some fruit.. I admit I have eggs and wholemeal toast nearly daily... It helps me get through the whole morning so I agree.
PS: I've removed your HomePage link to do with fitness trainers, we don't allow HomePage links anymore... Look forward to your continued ideas.
