Thread: Vitamins to improve hair growth?

For me, my hair has always grown crazy slow and uneven. It's weird and frustrating. I would recommend either prenatal vitamins, weird I know, or what I use now is Noni Ultimate. I've been using it for about 2 months now and its done a lot for me. I think it's like $20 a bottle or something similar, and it enhances cellular growth so it helps with hair skin and nails. Also it helps maintain your weight so that was an added bonus : P Hope this helps- Natalie G

I agree with this. It's much better than taking supplement to improve hair growth.
