Hi!

I am starting a new diet when I go back to college and am wanting to lose around 10-15 pounds. I try to do cardio (treadmill for 30 minutes) at least everyday and am wondering what I should be eating to try to lose this weight. I know I'm going to eat more green veggies, protein (lean chicken breast and turkey), and little carbs (brown rice) but is there any other things I should be eating that would benefit my diet?
