Good supplements for brain are very much necessary for everyone. Especially, for small children, brain health should is given utmost importance. In the present condition of the society, one needs to be very sharp and smart to achieve his dreams and lead a batter, happy life. In this age, children grow very fast and this is the time when they need proper food and energy to stay healthy. Lack of proper nutrients will lead to many diseases in kids like, migraine, headache and also mental imbalance. Hence healthy food should be provided for kids. Fruits, vegetables, rich green leafy vegetables and such brain supplements are to be given as diet. These have a lot of vitamins and nutrients that help in the better functioning to their body and aid the metabolic activities. Care should be taken that atleast one fruit should be present both in the lunch and dinner of your kid. Providing proper food is very much necessary as it is the age in one’s life where there is a lot of scope for damages and diseases. Fast foods and others like chocolates, sweets should not be given as they show a lot of side effects. Chocolate in the case of adults has a lot of soothing and beneficial effects but is very dangerous in case of children. Milk should be given atleast one glass per day. The best brain supplement for kids is omega 3 fatty acids. This is called essential fatty acids as they give the required supplements and nutrients for kids and help them grow strong and sharp. It also prevents a lot of diseases directly or indirectly related to brain health. It enhances motor skills and the learning capacity of your kid. It helps in synchronizing the brain activity which in turn develops the mental ability and concentration. This omega 3 fatty acid also acts as an anti-oxidant and removes all the free radicals present in the brain. Free radicals are accumulated in bran through the oxygen that goes into the brain through lungs. These free radicals damage the cell tissues and cause pre-mature cell aging which will lead to forgetfulness and short term memory loss. Omega 3 acids also help prevent heart disease and burning sensation like inflammation in kids. They act like a whole grain and a complete food for kids. These omega 3 fatty acids are present in huge amounts in cold water fishes. Some of them are salmon, tuna etc. It is also present in cod liver oil. Actually cod liver oil has more amounts of it than fish. In case of vegetarians who cannot eat fish, omega 3 is also available in certain vegetable oils like flaxseeds, walnuts and canola. Other food sources are legumes, whole grains, some nuts and seeds. Leafy vegetables also have good amount of Omega 3. Thus it acts a s a very good brain supplement in case of kids, giving them all the requirements and protecting their health.
