    u are all right.
drinking a lot of water helps to reduce body impurities.
i personally drink a lot of water cos i get dehydrated easily, cos of clear skin especially for my oily and pimpled face, my doctor also recommended it too, he said it will help keep the insides from infections especially the urinary system. the disadvantage is that u will have to run to toilet many times a day and the worst is during bedtime when u will be disturbed while sleeping! heavens help u if u don't get up on time and find your way to the toilet, that means u will wet your bed...lol

No doubt! I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years AND THE FIRST PIECE OF INFO that I give to any new personal training clients is a gallon of water a day!!! Skin, digestion, weight loss, release of retained water, toxins...the list goes on and on. Don't question it, just start now. Not flavored water.....just water! I have a nice quick read article on my website. Check it out! (Look under fitness articles) Good Luck! Just look at the extra bathroom trips as extra exercise. Walking...squatting....you get the picture!!

Now if you can just deal with the running to the bathroom all the time ...
lol. Just thinking about it makes me want to pee.

Remember...Water helps to flush out any toxins that we accumulate during the day from food and other environmental exposures to toxins. Water keeps you hydrated and is also very handy in controllingh apetite. So drink up.....If you don't like plain water, squeeze lemon, lime or orange slices into it.

For the past 3-4 months, I drink nothing but water. (I'll throw in a diet soda or juice every few weeks or so). It has helped clear up my skin, and I've also noticed it isn't as dry as it normally is- and I've always had VERY dry skin.

I lost 16 lbs in about 8 weeks just by simply drinking nothing but water. I also feel like a new person.. more energetic, less bloated, etc.

Water is my new fav thing. I try and drink between 8-10 glasses a day. depending on where im at. I have to pee all the time..even before the water so its nothing different. But It all started on this NON HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP thing. I got obsessed with reading the labels and finding it everywhere. So I decided to just drink water or teas no sugars things like that. Green tea and water is now my main drink. Its been about a month upping a 8 oz a day to ease into it and i don't need a moisturizer anymore. My skin looks nice. My boyfriend compliments me on how soft my skin is. I just started exercising daily 2 weeks ago and I sweat like crazy so its good to drink lots of water.

    WATER IS YOUR FRIEND....
attitude..it follows us around. It can be like a smelly sock or a sweet perfume. Others can tell. Be confident.
