Since I started drinking more water, I've noticed that it has had so many benefits. As well as the clearer skin and extra energy that people have already mentioned, it also seems to help with my fluctuating weight. Like most women, I tend to gain a few pounds each month (up to half a stone some months) due to hormonal stuff but since I started drinking as much water as I can (usually 4-5 glasses per day), this has helped to keep my weight more stable.
