    Question Water

    Someone told me that water.... will help you lose weight and it healps clear up your skin.....is this true?????

    It definitely helps with weightloss and a good clenser for your skin, the more you drink the better it is for your body. It is a natural way for getting rid of all the toxins in your body. It also helps prevention constipation and also can prevent bladder infections.

    I agree!

    I drink lots and lots of water everyday to keep from getting dehydrated, but it actually does help clear up the skin and regulate your system very well.

    Now if you can just deal with the running to the bathroom all the time ...

    Water helps clear your skin...It also helps you remove toxins in the body.

    But remember that ingesting about a litre and a half of water is usually harmless, this is approaching the level which can lead to water intoxication, an urgent and dangerous medical condition....And advocates of water therapy claim that application of water therapy at first will cause multiple bowel movements until the body adjusts to the increased amount of fluid.

    Ok, now I'm not drinking a gallon or half a gallon of water everyday...

    I simply buy a case of waters in the 16 - 20 oz. size and take it with me--NOT THE WHOLE CASE !

    Just 2 bottles to work and maybe a couple when I get home, periodically throughout the day.

    Yes its true it helps flushed the toxins from the body just drink 8 glass's of water each day so you won't be dehydrated

We have to make it a habit to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.     water is very good for weight loss, it helps to rid the body of impurities that could be causing no weight loss. Its also great for your skin, because your cells stay hydrated!
