I have acid reflux real bad. Changing diet is fine but you do not need to do a complete overhaul if your diet is already pretty okay. Lessen the amount of acidic drinks like coffee or soda, limit the acidic foods, and limit the spicy food. Even that small amount of diet change will make a big difference.
