Default should be worried getting "underweight"?

i'm a 27 year old, 5'5" tall woman. i've always weighed around 115 lbs give or take 5 lbs. i didn't weigh myself very frequently so one day i wake up one morning and weigh myself to find i am 101 lbs. i think it seems like a fluke so i start checking every few mornings, other scales as well. i've been hovering around 101-103lbs for at least 4 months now.

i have not been trying to diet, nor have i ever felt deprived or particularly stressed. i have a regular period, though it it seems to be shorter? than some women (2 days heavy bleeding, 2 days light) i don't think i look "underweight" although my boyfriend says i could gain a few pounds, my family says i look great. i eat 3 regular meals a day and munch in between, often without feeling hungry.

should i be concerned about this unexplained weight loss or am i perfectly healthy?

Losing 15 pounds is quite a bit for someone your size. A good weight for you is probably around 115. It would be a good idea to at least go and get your iron tested and get a physical. Do you take a multi vitamin?

I’ve always weighed around 118 lbs, 2 years a go I lost 9 lbs , I always eat well but I was busy with my study that I did not even notice it.

I went to see my doctor; she gave me a list of food that I should eat for every meal, and to snack between meals.
She told me to sleep well, relax, and to take multivitamins.

I gained the 9 pounds back in no time

Yeah I agree with sourpuss losing 15 pounds a day is not good. I would suggest seeing your nutritionist and see what they say. If the weight lost continues then make an appointment with your doctor as soon as you can.
