Anyone know of a good multi-vitamin that doesn't contain iodine? What is everyone else taking?

I'm in search of those gel-type vitamins. They say they're better for you because they dissolve in your stomach quicker than the regular vitamin tablet or pill.

I use the Womens Ultra Mega vitamin for Active women from GNC...but it does have iodine...I'm curious...why do you not want the iodine?

can you recommend a good vitamin because i have trouble swallowing some pills?
