Garlic is not just for flavoring; it plays a document role in disease prevention. Nutritional supplements containing garlic can have substantial health benefits. One substance in garlic, allicin, has antibacterial properties. These can be destroyed by cooking, so nutritional supplements are a good alternative to eating raw garlic.

Nutritional supplements can come in all different shapes and sizes - many different nutritional supplements can make a huge difference in your life. Nutritional supplements are exactly what they imply; they are the vitamins and minerals and other nutrients that your body needs to be healthy. [font=Calibri][size=2]Nutritional supplements represent a support to our body. The nutritional supplements clean the human body and restore the deficiencies present inside. While taken constantly, nutritional supplements promote good health and help prevent disease. Nutritional supplements represent a good thing that we need. It is best to satisfy the body's vitamin and mineral needs with a healthy diet.

nuts really would be the best snack. they don't only curb the hunger but they are so good for your body. the oils in nuts contribute to a healthy heart, healthy body, healthy hair, healthy nails. Fruit would be good too, or even the whole grain crackers.

Have you ever tried chia seeds? They are really high in protein and fiber. You can eat them as a whole seed, you don't have to grind them like flax. You can either mix some in a bottle of water, or any other kind of beverage, shake it and let it sit for 5 minutes or so, shake it up good again and it will make a kind of gel drink. I know it sounds kinda weird, but it is actually very tasty and filling. If you don't like the drink, you can sprinkle them in a yogurt and you will never even know they are in there. I get mine from Opal Nutrition | Red Opal Nutritional Products | Chia Seeds They are high in Omega-3s too. They work good for me around my usual 2:30 - 3:00 afternoon slump. Enjoy!

how about cottage cheese/ yogurt with almonds, or high fiber/protein oatmeal (Go Lean oatmeal), or even a toasted english muffin with peanut butter with 3-4 slices of banana (DELISH) amke it a sandwhich. eating a piece of fruit is never enough for me.i just love food. Just make a healthy choice

Fruit is a good choice although you need the protein more than the fruit. Women already do not get enough protein and if you are trying to lose weight, then you will need even more protein. Like Jade34 said, almonds and walnuts are great. I eat peanut butter and celery.
