Default Flax Muffins

Hello Everyone!
I am new to this site and I wanted to share somethings with everyone. About 5 years ago my family started having major health problems.
My gradmother and best friend were diagnosed with breast cancer, my father, uncle, and aunt all got diabetes and celiacs disease all within a year of each other and my grandfather fallowed six months later.

Each of these people spent have spent years going to doctors and natural paths. One thing that is suggested to each one and for there own indivdual reasons was to beggin eating flax. My uncle can walk again, my father is getting his vision back (damaged from the late diagnose of diabetes), my grandfather and aunt no longer need insulin and both my grandmother and best friend survived the cancer.

Two year later we came out with a pruduct called Flax4Life and we make a muffin that contains no wheat, artificial sweetners, or saturated fats. The family memebers that started consuming our flax muffins have gained great ground in getting their health back.

Our muffins have over 160mg of lignans, which have actually been proven to fight against and prevent breast cancer and prostate cancer. Each muffin also contains 10 grams fo fiber, which helpes with digestion and weightloss, as well 3200mg of omega3' which help maintain a healthy cardiovascular system. I would like to envite you to check out our website at Flax4Life and take a look at the links page. It has many links for doctors, health insitutes, universitys and more on the bennifits of flax.

I am not writing this just to ''sell'' you. I wanted everyone to know about the health bennifits of flax, no matter how you consume it. If I can make an impact on the health of others and possibly prevent some of the diseases the have attacked my family I would feel like I have done some good.

Hmmm

I'm about to get up on that flax and Omega3...
The health benefits are just out of this world!

I saw some flax cereal at my favorite grocer's.... I will definitely pick up some on my next shopping trip.

I am not sure if I am replying correctly, I am really new to this site. Flax can do a number of wonderful things for your health. The omega 3's help with every aspect of heart health and circulation as well as maintaing heathly skin, vision and much more. Fiber that comes from flax is for the most part undigestable which means its great for indivduals with bowl problems and it fills you up which has been use to aid in weight loss. The lignans in flax have actually been proven to help fight against many cancers such as breast and prostate. If you check out our web-site at Flax4Life and go to the links section there are many informative articles written by doctors, health magazines and univeritys nation wide.
