Thumbs up stress vitamins

Most of them suffers from stress in their busy life and does not have a clear solution for their problems. Vitamins are micronutrients which are required in minute quantities for carrying out metabolic, enzymatic and certain hormonal activities in our body. Vitamins B complex, C, E and A are called [(outbound link snipped) Each has its own functions.
Vitamin A is for vision and skin can have milk, fruits, eggs, butter,
Vitamin B acts as a metabolic reactions in the body also keeps the mind calm,
Vitamin C acts as an anti oxidant can have fruits, tomatoes, berries, cabbage, green vegetables,
Vitamin E also acts as an anti oxidant can have nuts, germ oils and green leafy vegetables.
