just signed up today
i purchased a cleansing product yesterday called "recleanse"
anyone ever use it..?
i'm going to start tomorrow i think, but am really intimidated by the food they suggest NOT to eat

avoiding sugars, breads etc..its only 7 days..i figure i can make it through that..
the whole grains are the most intimidating..i don't even know what half that stuff is..

i'm doing it to get healthy and hope to lose some weight..maybe 8-10 lbs..we'll see

I don't know about this particular cleanse/detox but I have tried the Isagenix Cleansing & Fat Burning System and it really works. I lost 7 lbs, 8 1/2 inches & 8 % body fat in the first 9 days. Wow, it seems as though you got GREAT results!!!! I know a few people that tried cleansing programs. They also lost a lot of weight and Really reccomended it!!! How does this cleansing and detox work??? Please let me know!!! Thanks!
