hey everyone i have a rough schedule and i dont really have time to prepare meals i was wondering if anyone knows any good bars or shakes to eat or drink during the day thank you for your help

Wow! I came on here looking for the same thing!

I know that a company called "Kashi" makes some very good, healthy foods. I just bought a box of cereal from them; it's 100% whole grain, not loaded with sugar and delicious. They also make oatmeal and I think they make some granola bars.

I need to check out their granola bars.

You'll find a lot of breakfast bars and cereal bars (which are too sweet for my taste), but I would try Kashi brands. Really good and nutritious.
