Fish Oils
The Omega-3 fatty acids in fish oils provide an amazing array of scientifically documented benefits for emotional and physical well being. In fact, a recent study found that taking fish oils for 3-5 weeks causes a 7-14% increase in fat burning while excercising.
Fish Oils. These are the famous omega-3 fatty acids; the two types in fish are docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). These fats have been linked to a lower risk of heart disease, less likelihood of having a second heart attack, alleviation of arthritis pain, smarter infants, and even the treatmentand prevention of depression. Fattier fish like salmon, herring, lake trout. sturgeon, bluefish, anchovies, and sardines are highest in omega-3s. The American Heart Association now recommends that you eat fish twice a week.
If you're pregnant or planning on getting pregnant, however, you shouldn't eat swordfish, tilefish, king mackerel, and shark. These fish accumulate high levels of methyl mercury, which can damage a fetus. Don't panic if you've been eating these fish; it take a lot of fish to do damage. just avoid them from now on.

Its always better to eat the food to get the vitamins, but if you dont eat fish i would say to take the fish oil capsules.

You can also get omega-3's from flax seed. I grid up a tablespoon of flax seed and add it to my meal replacement shake everyday.
