Default Feeling Lethargic, please help!

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if you had any suggestions as to what to do about my constant feeling of lethargy. It seems that no matter how much sleep I get I still feel really really tired. At the moment I get about 40 minutes of exercise a day as I walk to work, I've cut out caffiene and sugar from my diet and I've cut down on smoking (hoping to quit shortly. Is there any advice that anyone can give me? Would be very grateful

Many thanks,
Dys

Maybe you need an iron supplement? I always get really lethargic when my iron is low. It takes a little while to kick in but may be worth trying.

yeah l agree with running girl... iron levels could be low... simple blood test at docs will confirm... look at your life too... if you aren t totally happy within you can kinda be tired 24 7.... drink heaps of water pretty much all day... look at your diet... maybe check into low GI eating... l did and have changed my eating habits... feel like a new chickie babe...also make sure you are eating plenty of veg like the good ol green ones.. try excluding the humble spud ... not an age thingy is it.. not sure how old you are could be the dreaded change kicking in.. best o luck
