    I fast for a week once or twice a year. Sometimes I just feel so bogged down and like I have just eaten too much junk. A fast always makes me feel fresh. I usually take some kind of supplement during the fast like *Removed outbound link* Multi-vitamins can be rough on your stomach, so try to use a supplement in liquid form. Also be careful not to over exert yourself during your fast. When our bodies are exercising they need food so don't exercise during your fast even though it may seem like a great way to lose weight, exercising can be dangerous when our bodies don't have the electrolytes and carbohydrates to refuel itself. Lastly, make sure to drink lots of water, this will help remove toxins and chemicals.
