Question Increase in appetite?

Latley i have noticed an increase in my appetite, I have also been craving foods i usuly dont eat like chocolate, im not much of a chocolate eater but the other day i scarfed down like 10 peices of chocolate out of a whitmans sample box. . When i do eat alot i feel kinda nauseated after words, yea i know eating alot will make you feel full/sick, but i know what that feels like, this is a diffrent feeling i get. I just joined a gym, but i have been only going 1-3 times a week for 30 minutes. If anyone has an answer on what this could be please help. I also have been experincing mood swings/sadness. But i am So happy with my life. Everythings a little weird and doesnt add up!

Well there are a few things to take into concideration.

Your cravings and increased appetite can be from a change in your diet. If you are not getting enough of something in your diet, this will cause cravings. I can't remember for sure, but I think it's a lack of carbs that causes chocolate cravings? Something like that.

It could also be that with the new work out remine, your metabolism has got a boost and combine that with the energy you are burning... you are going to crave more things. Cravings are usually your body telling you that you need something (with the exception of habitual eaters).

Another thing that causes changes in food cravings is hormonal changes. Many women get really bad cravings when they are on their period because of the change in hormones. Same thing happens when you are pregnant or hit menopause. Your taste for things change.

Hope this helps!
