Ugh, I'm the exact same way. I can sleep less than usual, more than usual, anything, and I always feel horrible, as if I haven't slept for days. I can't even wake myself up at a decent time either, and setting my alarm is pointless, as I turn it off and fall back to sleep every time.
However, since I've been working out on a daily basis and drinking nothing but water at least 95% of the time, I feel so much better. You don't have to do hardcore workouts, just put in 15-30 minutes per day and you'll see a huge difference. Even if it's only push-ups and lifting some 6 or so lb weights each time.
Hope this helps!

Just a quick note on the last post.....DO NOT try to diagnose your self with anemia...iron is dangerous in large doses and should only be taken my those who are truly anemic. When you are lethargic there are way too many factors to consider to take this on yourself. Find an osteopath to help you. Always beware of the amount of sugar that you are ingesting...there are quite a few natural doctors who say that sugar can be more damaging to your body than cigarette smoke....also try going to go to bed at exactly the same time every night and rising at the same time every morning...our bodies are habitual and thrive in a scheduled environment. Lack of energy can be a symptom of a great many health problems and should not be allowed to continue without proper medical care. Try for one week to omit sugar and caffiene from your diet...sleep and rise at the same time each night and morning and see if that does not help....if not your best bet is to consult a doctor (I of course push osteopaths...because regular doctors are bribed by pharmacutecal companies to prescribe antidepressants to everyone that walks the planet) Good luck!!!
