Red face Help this is getting me down

Hi everybody,
about 3 weeks ago i was constipated but soon after i got diahroea and nausea with stomach aches. i was unable to belch or pass wind anything. Now I thought I was getting better the stool is still not back to normal as in pieces but normal otherwise. Then last night i woke to nausea and cramping and went to the toilet i had to push to go but after i stilll felt bit stick. All day today i had stomach ache but cannot go. I really need help with this. At the start of July I was on antibiotics for a bladder infection. Would this also cause menstruation to be delayed?

i was feeling the same way but worse, but as it turned out i was not getting enough magnesium and vitamin k i try to eat well everyday. but i could not understand why i felt this way i had all kinds of stuff happing. research magnesium it will shock you how important it is. its best to get it from vegetables but a suppliment will work for now. and have you ever tried juicing. it will help alot, than you wont have to take suppliments. shop around for a good juicer

I found a product that is very helpful in staying "cleaned out". It's called Colosan. I buy it online and all it is is magnesium that oxygenates in your bowels and cleans them out in a healthy way.

Once harmful toxin-producing bacteria and fungi take over in the gastrointestinal tract, our immune system has become severely compromised. Given our exposure to stress, toxic chemicals, antibiotics, steroidal drugs and carcinogenic substances, it is a must that we proactively guard the health of our gut and supplement with probiotics every day. Without the correct balance of 85% probiotic bacteria to 15% pathogenic bacteria, some form of physical disease is likely to manifest itself. Maintaining this critical ratio is the single most important thing we can do to ensure good health and longevity.

Common Warning Signs of a Bacteria Imbalance:
? Difficulty losing weight, sugar/carbohydrate cravings
? Frequent fatigue, poor concentration
? Frequent constipation or diarrhoea
? Faulty digestion, acid reflux and other gut disorders
? Sleeping poorly, possible night sweats
? Painful joint inflammations/stiffness
? Bad breath, gum disease & dental problems
? Frequent colds, flu or infections
? Chronic yeast problems, candida
? Acne, eczema, skin & foot fungus, etc
? Extreme menstrual or menopausal symptoms
? Allergies and food sensitivities

I can recommend a certified organic probiotic super food which contains 26 whole foods and 13 strains of Lactobacillus bacteria, plus the essential amino acids. I take a teaspoonful in juice every morning 1/2 hour before breakfast. You can also do a seasonal detox by taking it 3 times a day 1/2 hour before meals, drinking lots of water and eating only organic food for 10 days.

Default Wash Out

I have always, just via common sense, believed that
obese people don't go 'out' enough and thin people do.

If you eat a lot of vegetables and fruit...(juice counts)
and some roughage grains...you'll go out a lot and
without problem.

If you drink a lot of water, you'll got out easier as well.

Default Concerns

Corkgirl.....There are a couple things you mention that concern me. One is that you ask if antibiotics can delay menstruation and two is the elimination problem.

Is there any possibility that you could be pregnant? If you have an ectopic pregnancy, I believe it could cause some of these problems. Your question doesn't give enough information to determine one way or another.

I am not big on doctors, but if you are having issues with this for very long, I would recommend a doctor visit. If you do not pass anything for three days, there could be other things going on with you system.

On a lighter note, you may want to try some detox tea, increase your fiber intake and possibly a colon cleanse. I would rule out medical issues first though.

Best of luck to you.

Not being able to use the bathroom on a regular basis is not normal especially when you have to strain hard to make yourself try to go. This is something you should not take lightly and if it doesn't resolve soon I would seek medical attention. You said your bowels had not moved, you were unable to pass gas and belch, you were nauseated with cramping. These can all be signs of a bowel obstruction, or since you did have some diarrhea a partial bowel obstruction. Try increasing your water intake by drinking warm water, as warm as you can possibly stand it, but be sure to drink alot of it. May I also suggest that with increasing your water intake that you try an enema to help get things started in case you've been constipated long enough that you have an impaction which can cause the stool not to move therefore backing things up and causing the problems you are experiencing. If you do not move your bowels by the next morning you need to see a doctor. This could also be signs of Irritable Bowel Syndrome with constipation. When your bowels are not working properly and expelling what they should stool backs up causing an increase in bile and eventually it has to go somewhere so people usually end up nauseated and begin experiencing vomitting. Let us know how things are!

Your right Kaylar, the one that eat lots of vegetables and fruits can easily digest the food that they eat and also when drinking lots of water helps clean some toxic waste inside the body...Unlike the obese people that they usually eat junk food and fatty foods.
