Smile perfect amount of everything

i use be protein bars! The chocolate raspberry is really good so you don't even have to force it down....also, its low in fat and calories!! I have tried a lot of bars and I have found that with the be bars that they contain the lowest amount AND they fill you up and leave you satisfied

oh, and you can find them at target - who doesnt love that!!

good luck!!

Hi Shauna76. I just joined and am looking for a great protein/energy bar. May I ask, what company did you get your from? I am also a customer of a health and fitness company but we do not sell the bars and I would like to get some from elsewhere. Please let me know.

Thanks :-)
